Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at benignmuse@gmail.com

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–12 business days. All shipments are handled via YunExpress.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
